RANZ is committed to responsible e-waste disposal under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016. We partner with authorized recyclers to help you dispose of end-of-life electronics safely.
E-waste is a popular, informal name for electronic products nearing the end of their useful life. Mobile phones, laptops, desktops, ACs, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, copiers, and fax machines are common examples. Many of these can be reused, refurbished, or recycled.
E-waste is one of the fastest-growing waste streams globally. While it contains valuable materials such as aluminium, copper, gold, and silver, it also contains harmful substances like cadmium, lead, and mercury. Disposing of e-waste in landfills without proper awareness can lead to toxic emissions to air, water, and soil, and pose serious health and environmental hazards.
Under the guidelines of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016, RANZ VISION PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to implementing these rules. We understand the need to encourage recycling of useful and valuable material from e-waste to conserve natural resources and minimise landfill. We have tied up with SWACH ENVIRO E-WASTE INDIA PVT. LTD. (a leading PRO) to help our customers dispose of e-waste after end-of-life.
Recycling of E-Waste
We have tied up with PRO M/s SWACH ENVIRO E-WASTE INDIA PVT. LTD. for collection of our e-waste on PAN India basis. They dispose of the same with their registered recyclers.

Customers can call our toll-free number. Our representatives will explain the disposal process and inform you about the nearest drop point, including any incentive for your end-of-life product.

If you prefer to hand over e-waste from your doorstep, we can send our logistics team or the SWACH ENVIRO team to collect the items and channelise them to our e-waste partner plant for final processing.
Do’s & Don’ts
Do’s
- •Look for information on the catalogue with your product for end-of-life equipment handling.
- •Ensure that only Authorized Recyclers repair and handle your electronic products.
- •Call our E-waste Authorized Collection Centres/points to dispose products that have reached end-of-life.
- •Drop your used electronic products, batteries or accessories at your nearest Authorized E-Waste Collection Centre when they reach end-of-life.
- •Disconnect the battery from the product and protect any glass surface against breakage.
Don’ts
- •Do not dismantle your electronic products on your own.
- •Do not throw electronics in bins having a “Do not Dispose” sign.
- •Do not give e-waste to informal (Kabbadi) and unorganized sectors like local scrap dealers or rag pickers.
- •Do not dispose of your product in garbage bins along with municipal waste that ultimately reaches landfills.

We promote waste prevention, reduction, reuse and recycling in a systematic and cost-effective manner, using regulated waste management contractors for safe handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Strategies we follow to reduce e-waste
- 1.Be a good consumer—choose products with longer lifespan.
- 2.Reuse as often as possible; repair before replacing; recycle when beyond repair.
- 3.Educate yourself on materials in your electronics and their environmental impact.
- 4.Look for environmentally friendly labels (e.g. Energy Star, EPEAT).
- 5.Teach kids about e-waste and recycling from a young age.
- 6.Recycle all used electronics; never dispose of e-waste in regular bins.
- 7.Understand security—wipe or destroy data before disposing of devices.
