Please read these terms carefully. By using ranz.in and our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our related policies.
Welcome to ranz.in and any associated applications (the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by RANZ Vision Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), with its registered office at D-22/3, Ground Floor, Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi – 110020, India.
These terms of use (“Terms of Use”), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Cancellation, Refund and Return policies (collectively, the “Policies”), govern your access and use of the Platform. The Platform is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We may change these Terms or the Policies at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
By creating an account, you may receive transactional emails and SMS (e.g. order updates). With your consent, we may also send promotional communications; you can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Essential communications regarding your account or orders cannot be opted out of.
Use of the Platform & eligibility
Only persons who can enter into legally binding contracts under Indian law—i.e. persons who are 18 years of age or older, of sound mind, and not disqualified by any law—may use and access the Platform. Minors may access the Platform only under the supervision of a legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the Platform and the material on it is legal in each jurisdiction from which you access it.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and to update it promptly. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account.
If you suspect any breach of your account security, contact us immediately. We may require you to change your password or temporarily suspend your account to address a security issue. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for reasons including breach of these Terms or our Policies, violation of law, suspected fraud or abuse (e.g. fake orders, excessive cancellations or returns), or misuse of the Platform or our brand.
Personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limited license & content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Platform and its content. You may not resell products for commercial gain, scrape or mine the Platform, copy product listings or prices for your own database, or use the Platform in any way not contemplated by these Terms.
All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, product descriptions, software) is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any such content except for personal, non-commercial use. Any content you submit (e.g. reviews, feedback) must not infringe third-party rights or be unlawful, and you grant us a royalty-free license to use, display and modify such content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.
Platform security
You must not attempt to violate the security of the Platform, including: accessing accounts or data you are not authorised to access; probing or testing system vulnerabilities without authorisation; introducing viruses, malware or other harmful code; overloading or disrupting the Platform; or bypassing any security or access controls. Such actions may result in civil or criminal liability, and we may cooperate with law enforcement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for issues resulting from system failures, network delays, viruses or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control.
Products, pricing & use
We strive to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours or specifications are error-free. Product images are indicative and may differ from the actual product. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Products are for your personal or professional use only. You may not resell products for commercial purposes, or use them for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. We may cancel orders that appear to be bulk or reseller orders, or that exceed quantity limits.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you for instructions. For cancellations, refunds and returns, please refer to our Returns and Warranty & Support pages.
Payment
Payments may be made by credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, or cash on delivery as available. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your full card details. Payment handling complies with RBI guidelines and applicable law.
You must provide accurate payment information and be authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to verify payment details and to decline or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or policy violations. Order confirmation is subject to successful payment authorisation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform or its content will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) arising from your use of the Platform or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing or using the Platform in the relevant period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing law, termination & contact
These Terms and the Policies are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with them.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay for orders already placed or any liability that has already arisen.
