Returns and refunds

Here’s how returns and refunds work at RANZ. Please read this policy before requesting a return.

Our return policy

All items sold are non-returnable. However, we will accept a return and process a refund only if the product is damaged, dead on arrival (DOA), or not working as intended.

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refund. Products bought on sale or under special offers cannot be refunded except in cases of a technical defect or DOA.

Your return request must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot process the return request.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed after RANZ Vision Private Limited (or our authorised partner) receives and inspects the returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the status of your return.

If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 21 working days. The refund will be credited through the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.) after adjusting any applicable cancellation or return charges.

In case of a return related to product compatibility, the product must be returned in working condition. A return fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Haven’t received your refund?

If you haven’t received your refund within 21 working days of us processing it:

  • Check your bank or card account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank—there can be a delay before the refund is reflected in your account.
  • If you’ve done the above and still have not received the refund, please contact us at the details below.

Orders from other marketplaces

Note: Returns, replacements, or refund requests for products purchased via Amazon, Flipkart, or any other marketplace will not be accepted through our website. Please initiate such requests directly through that marketplace’s platform as per their return policy.
